WoMD Terminated

I'm sitting at my desk one afternoon, when important news reaches my desk.
It comes straight from the top.
They tell me that we have a problem... I don't like problems... They pull out a few photos enlightening me on the situation.
In a Star System not far away
We have a satellite observing a planet:
The last picture shocks me. The terrorist organization known as Kloppe Kommando is attempting to build a Weapon of Mass Destruction!!! (Shown so clearly here.)
It takes only a few minutes before a great leader such as myself determines what must be done... I pick up the phone.
and I call "him"
Within only a few hours his attack is mounted, and the terrorists feel the full wrath of the United States of America!
Once the dust finally clears I am sent word that The Govenator has captured his man.
TheGovenator: 01:32:54 - Dec 31 Congratulations! Your attacking fleet was victorious at Cor Tauri 6. You lost about XX% and gained 872 experience points from [kk] GigantusX

So it appears that the universe is safe for at least another day...
